Accounts, Passwords, and Servers
Some computing accounts are offered to Biology department folks by the university and others by our department. Each computer account you have relies on a connection to a server where the account's data and information is stored. You must connect to the proper server over the internet and enter your username and password to access what's in your account, whether it's an email account, an account for file storage, or some other account.
See below for information on the most common account types used in our department, and corresponding server information. If you need help finding a server, have forgotten your password, or need more information please contact Computing Support at help@bio.indiana.edu.
